These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all products and services operated by Tornatto Labs ("we", "us", "our") under the TorqAI brand. By using any TorqAI product, you agree to these Terms.

Some products require an account. You may sign in via Google, Apple, or email magic link depending on the product. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
TorqAI analyzes video clips of tennis and pickleball strokes using AI. You upload clips, and our system provides coaching feedback, technique ratings, drill suggestions, and progress tracking. Analysis uses on-device pose estimation (Apple Vision) and cloud AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude).
The Match Organizer lets tournament organizers create events, manage player registration, generate groups and brackets, assign courts, track scores, and compute standings. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information they publish. Players who register for events consent to their name and optional contact information being visible to the event organizer.
The coaching tool lets coaches manage students, analyze their strokes, compare progress over time, and chat with an AI co-pilot. Coaches are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their students or students' guardians before uploading video or personal data.
Elevate is a service for pickleball clubs and venues. Information submitted through the interest form is used to contact you about the service. We will not share your club's information with third parties.

This applies to all email addresses collected across the platform (app sign-ups, coaching accounts, tournament registrations, web analyzer, lead forms, interest signups, and any other form on torqai.org). The exception is Match Organizer players who do not opt in to marketing — they will only receive communications for that specific event.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect your access to any TorqAI product. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The TorqAI mobile app is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, pricing will be clearly communicated before any charges apply. The Match Organizer and Web Analyzer are free. The Coaching Tool is free during its current phase.

All TorqAI products that provide coaching feedback use AI-generated analysis for informational and educational purposes only. AI analysis is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional for personalized guidance, especially regarding injuries.
If you use the Match Organizer to host events:
You can stop using any TorqAI product at any time. For the mobile app, you can delete your account from Settings. For web-based products, contact us to request data deletion. We may terminate or suspend access to any product if you violate these Terms.
All TorqAI products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of any product or reliance on AI-generated feedback. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
All TorqAI products, including their design, logos, code, and content, are the intellectual property of Tornatto Labs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of any TorqAI product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
